1. Donation Refund Policy Donations made to DIYA Delhi Foundation are generally non-refundable. However, in case of an error in the transaction or duplicate payment, refund requests can be made within 7 days of the donation.
2. Event Registration Cancellation If you have registered for a paid event and need to cancel, you must request cancellation at least 48 hours before the event to be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to the original payment method.
